AGE: 2-15 MONTHS

Your child will be in a safe and comfortable environment designed to stimulate and amuse him or her at all levels of development. The infant program is flexible and accommodating to each child’s schedule and needs, with activities that promote a healthy development in all areas. We sing songs and read age appropriate books with each other. When weather permits, we’ll play outside in our large backyard.

Their spacious, bright room includes a big mat for crawling, a pikler triangle, arch and ramp for motor development, a story area, and an assortment of age appropriate toys. We provide cribs so they can rest comfortably!

Staff in the Infant Area don’t just care for your child’s needs. They stimulate your child’s curiosity and eagerness to learn through:

AGE: 16 MONTHS – 2 YEARS 11 MONTHS

Your little toddler is busy learning, approaching the world with curiosity and seeking a sense of belonging. Our toddler program encourages the children to build a community in an environment that supports learning together and caring for each other.

The toddlers eat meals at tables together and enjoy an open concept playroom with free play and weekly activities that promote exploration and learning. The children play daily in the outdoor playground, or on days when the weather doesn’t cooperate, an array of fun activities teachers have prepared in advance take place.

A toddler’s day consists of:

• Art Alfresco
• Lots of Outside Play

AGE: 3-4 YEARS 11 MONTHS

With our research-based curriculum, children develop fundamental math, literacy, and language skills through literature and activities that explore various content areas: Science, Social Studies, Technology, Fine Arts, and Physical Development. Also, our curriculum centers on social-emotional learning, executive function skills, motivation, and creativity, as it was developed with Dr. Becky Bailey’s Concious Discipline.

Development of skills:

• Language and literacy skills are built through sounds, words, books stories, dramatization and writing.
• Mathematical relationships are discovered through number and size, patterns, objects, and shapes.
• Play is the way children learn best. Imitation and pretend play builds imagination, promotes social skills and helps children gain a better understanding of everyday life.
• Connecting with music and movement transforms moods and motivates us to move our bodies. We sing and dance everyday!
• Creating with art by using different materials and exploring what they can do with them is fascinating to children.
• Tasting and preparing food promotes thinking and social skills, while developing mathematic and motor skills.
• Playing with objects of different textures like sand, water, beans and rice becomes a captivating activity when toys are added to it to explore. They all lead to discoveries, develop fine motor skills and promotes pretending as children create things like sand castles while they tell a story that begins with…Once Upon a Time…

AGE: 5-5 YEARS 11 MONTHS

We lead our young learners to success through wonderful ways and strategies to early literacy, numeracy, phonics, handwriting, art and social emotional skills that makes them enthusiastic about learning.

Our students also strengthen essential fine and gross motor skills through hands-on materials, learn through purposeful play, and explore language through connected text.
